Perishable Goods Policy

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we cannot accept returns on delivered products. However, we stand behind the quality of our arrangements and want you to be completely satisfied.

Quality Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the arrangement. We will:

  • Offer a replacement arrangement at no charge, or
  • Provide a full refund to your original payment method

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
